Dim Sum is definitely one of my fave food to have on a weekend cos it’s like a buffet filled many food to choose from

The problem is, because it’s tasty we may have consumed too much of calories by the end of the meal. It may be challenging for those who wants to lose their last bit of stubborn fat

There’s nothing that’s wrong or right to eat, just be aware of what you’re putting into your mouth. Typically, infographic on 😵 Left has High Calorie + Low Protein (you can have less) & 😋 Right has Low Calorie + High Protein (you can have more) helps fill up your stomach without blowing your daily caloric intake
